This requires more than just skills – it requires space to slow down, reflect on decisions, and create a deeper connection both with yourself and your team.

When we give ourselves time and space, it becomes possible to create something sustainable for both the people and the organization. My offer is to  create a holding space for you and/or your team, working deeply with you as a person and leader, strengthening relationships, and finding the power to stay grounded through change.

Ann's Experience: With over 25 years of experience as a psychotherapist, coach, facilitator, and leader, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of people. This includes personal trauma work, mentoring and training professionals, supporting leaders and executives —individually, in teams, and through larger leadership programs—on transformative journeys of growth and development. As a  psychotherapist and educated in Relational Leadership and Organizational Development, I bring deep expertise in personal development, crisis support, communication, and relational leadership.
