Her Expertise: I work as a consultant. coach, facilitator, and developer of leaders. I offer a way for people (individuals. leaders, teams, families, and organisations) to be more effective through better relationships with themselves and others. My work is grounded in evidence-based theory and extensive practical experience.

Her Experience: I have 2 careers, first as an HR Executive for a listed company for 28 years. On leaving in 2017, I went on to complete a master’s in leadership and co-found a people consultancy in South Africa called Shine.
