With over two decades of experience, Fiona is the pioneer of Qi Energy Healing and a globally recognised specialist in subtle energy systems. She is also the creator of QiYoga, an accredited fusion of yoga, meditation, breathwork, and energy awareness, developed in 2006 and taught internationally.

Fiona’s expertise spans kinesiology, nutrition (including her own supplement brand), therapeutic hatha yoga and meditation (both since 2003), Qi Gong medical martial arts, and mind mastery training (since 2005).
