About Rilana: "At the heart of my work lies authentic encounter—with oneself, with horses, with art, and with the world. I view development as a creative process of resonance, where presence, relationship, and expression open pathways to the innermost self, expanding inner space and making it visible."
Her Expertise: "Through my method, Resonance in Equine Arts Presencing (REAP), I weave together the wisdom of horses and the expressive power of the arts within a trauma-sensitive healing and coaching context. These safe and mindful spaces invite self-awareness, regulation, and co-creation to emerge with trust and openness. Grounded in Equine Guided Education (EGE) and Expressive Arts Education (EXA), my work honors presence, relationship, and the creative process as pathways for growth. In the living resonance of horses, art, and nature, we reconnect with our authentic selves, deepening self-awareness while expanding our understanding of the beauty of shared human experiences."
Her Experience: "After studying Fine Arts, Art History, and Art Business in Boston and London, I worked as an artist and art dealer in Berlin. In 2008, I founded Kunstraum, an art school for children. My path has since evolved into therapeutic work and coaching, guiding individuals, teams, and families toward authentic growth wisdom in self.
My services can be booked in German and English."
