At the South African Revenue Services (SARS) I learnt to deal with macroeconomic level of leadership and working with complexity of policy development, administration and enforcement thereof.It is at the SARS where I developed the appetite for value curation and management consulting and coaching. I reached the height of my career as a public servant of the new SA.

His Experience: "Over the years, my professional and leadership journey took me from electro-technical engineering to manufacturing management, human capital management, public policy, tax administration and lately, management consulting and executive coaching. I began with developing the capability to diagnose and problem-solve with very narrow margin for creativity, unless it was a new design. As I moved on, along the continuum of my career, complexity and the long range of time became part of my territory; answers were no longer obvious and the margin of error can be disastrous if I do not work with the benefit of collective probity.
